Assisted move is perfect if you want to take the hassle out of selling your old home. It really is simple. We could get you moving in five easy steps.

How it works

Step One: Find your new home

Find your perfect home at the right price. You can rest assured that the price is fixed for an agreed period of time.

Step Two: Getting your existing home valued

We will instruct two independent estate agents who will carry out a valuation of your existing home

Step Three: Agree the selling price

We will advise you of the valuations on your home. Once a price is agreed, the Assisted Move agreement can then be completed and the estate agents will begin to market your property.

Step Four: Find a buyer

The estate agents will conduct viewings on your home until a buyer is found. They will then ensure the sale runs smoothly providing you with regular updates along the way.

Step Five: Moving day

You can now move into your new home at Collaton Park.
