Community Land Trust
In partnership with Pillar Land Securities and Coln Signature Homes, as joint applications for the planning approval for Collaton Park, the Newton and Noss Community Land Trust (CLT) is proposing to develop eighteen one, two and three bedroom homes.
These homes are part of the ‘A Different Approach’ ethos and will cater for local residents needs. The homes will be owned by the CLT in perpetuity for the benefit of the wider community.
