You'll receive a 20% gifted deposit against the plot value, giving you a head start in creating your ideal space. In addition to this, stamp duty is due solely against the plot value, creating a further considerable saving.

The Pine is a custom-build three-bedroom home. Although the owner of the plot will be able the design the house in their own vision, we’ve laid out our own idea for these properties, allowing you to pick and choose elements that you wish to include. Downstairs, at the front of the house, you’ll find the living room, and towards the back we’ve proposed an open plan kitchen/dining room which provides access to the back garden via patio doors. Between the two main doors are the stairs to the first floor, plus a W/C. Upstairs we’ve proposed three king-sized bedrooms, the master containing an en-suite shower room, and a family bathroom. You’ll also find loft access at the top of the stairs, and well as a space for additional storage.
