The Hawthorn is one of our Horizon properties, exclusively available for those over 55 years old. Collaton Park offers two types of Horizon properties, The Chestnut which is a single storey home, and The Hawthorn which is set over two floors.
Upon opening the front door of the property you’ll enter the hall, with the stairs to the first floor on your right. Ahead you’ll find the open-plan kitchen, living and dining space which provides free-flowing accommodation. Patio doors are located here which gives access to the back garden.
